Scheduling

We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. We only deviate from our schedule in the event of a dental emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately. Please call at least two business days in advance if you need to change an appointment.

Payment Options

We want to help remove financial barriers so you and your family can get the dental treatment you need. Many patients have some type of dental insurance, and we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your benefits. We believe that our very insurance friendly office is one of the things that sets us apart from the rest!

Dental Insurance

At your first visit, we will ask for current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. Insured patients will receive cost estimates broken down by insured and uninsured costs. We require uninsured costs to be paid the day services are rendered.

For patients covered by insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits. This means that you sign the portion of your insurance that “assigns” payment to our office. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of treatment costs. It is because of this, and the extreme delay in receiving payment from insurance companies, that you are asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges when services are rendered. Please note that estimates are based on information provided by your insurance and not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined. As a courtesy, we file claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.

Credit Cards We accept

We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit® for those who qualify, because we understand that monthly payments can help you fit dental care into your budget. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your treatment with no upfront costs or pre-payment penalties, and no annual fees.
